Listening Mothers

Motherhood is a powerful growth experience and choosing to parent with greater self compassion, awareness, and intention benefits your relationship with yourself, your baby, and others. Listening Mothers is an 8 week course that combines mindfulness and self-compassion practices to help you better understand and care for yourself together with information and discussions exploring emotional development, parent/baby bonding and attachment, and navigating the changes and challenges that can occur with your partner and in other close relationships.

  • Parent & child self-awareness with a focus on self-regulation, self-compassion and parent and child emotional development
  • Exploring the importance of parent/child attachment
  • Parental confidence and empowerment
  • A community of like-minded parents willing to embark on the parenting journey with an open mind, curiosity and willingness to explore.
