Fees
Initial intake appointments are $175. Appointments after intake are $150 for a 53 minute session. Payment, or insurance co-payment, is due at the beginning of each appointment.
Other fee and payment arrangements can be made. Please contact me directly to discuss these options.
Insurance
I am an in-network provider with Premera, First Choice, Kaiser PPO, Regence, BCBS, and Lifewise.
For all other insurance our sessions might be covered under your out-of-network benefits. Most insurance offers mental health benefits and I encourage you to contact your provider to find out what your insurance benefits cover and how they can be applied to our work together.
